ABOUT

Eric currently works for Longfellow Real Estate Partners, a life science real estate investment firm that acquires, develops, and manages life science real estate for leading universities, institutions, and companies. He works on the Investments team to evaluate and underwrite potential core, value-add and opportunistic real estate acquisitions and development opportunities.

Prior to Longfellow, Eric worked for Cabot Properties, an international private equity real estate investment firm exclusively focused on industrial properties. Eric has also held positions at CIT Bank and First Republic Bank, where he helped originate, underwrite, and close more than $500 million of senior-secured real estate transactions throughout the United States.   

 

Eric graduated from Skidmore College with a degree in Business. At Skidmore, he was a member of the Men’s Lacrosse Team, Leadership Council, and Thoroughbred Honor Society. He has also completed coursework at NYU School of Professional Studies, where he received a Certificate in Real Estate Investments and Babson College.
